Mesmerize Mascara is formulated without Carbon Black, Petroleum, Formaldehyde, Thimerosal, Propylene Glycol or Retinyl Acetate.

Directions: 

Brush from base to tip of lashes with a gentle wiggling motion. Apply a second coat if desired.
