Refund Policy

RETURNS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Source Organics ONLY accepts returns for Canadian orders and deliveries.
  • You may return products (other than travel size, travel kit, sample products or personal hygiene products) in unused and original condition for a full refund or on-line store credit with Source Organics, less applicable discounts and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. In all other cases, all sales are final.
  • After the 30 day grace period, no returns are accepted for a refund or credit.
  • To initiate the return, please contact Source Organics at returns@sourceorganics.com within such 30 day period and clearly note Your invoice number in the email.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Source Organics will ONLY pay for return shipping if the products were shipped incorrectly and or arrived damaged. With an incorrect and or damaged shipment, Source Organics must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. You will be issued a full refund to the credit card or purchase account used once the wrong and or damaged items have returned.
  • Once Your return is received by Source Organics, Your refund will be processed in the form of an on-line store credit and will be applied within 3-5 business days. However, if You paid for the returned product with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of such credit will be sent to you in 3-5 business days.
