1-2x per week Daily Pre-Shampoo Treatment. Wet hair fully. Remove excess water. With fingertips scoop a quarter dollar size amount and begin to apply to the front and top section of your scalp. Then, scoop another quarter dollar size amount and apply to the back section of your scalp. Once all applied, begin to massage your scalp with treatment for 1 minute. Rinse. Proceed with Shampoo and Conditioner.
